Your HBOT Journey Begins with a Personalised Consultation.

Before starting hyperbaric oxygen therapy at our clinic, all new clients receive a consultation with our medical specialist to ensure the treatment is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your individual needs.

During this session, we’ll discuss your health background, treatment goals, and any specific conditions you’d like to support. Based on this, your practitioner will recommend the optimal session length, frequency, and total number of sessions to achieve the best possible outcomes.

This ensures your HBOT programme is both effective and aligned with your personal health goals.

Block Booking Packages

HBOT works best when done consistently over time — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, reducing inflammation, or enhancing performance. Block bookings ensure you stay on track with your treatment plan, making it easier to see results. They offer not only discounted pricing, but also the peace of mind of guaranteed session availability and a structured approach to your healing or recovery journey.

Before starting Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), it’s important that we understand your individual health needs and goals.

During your initial consultation, we review your medical history, assess for any contraindications, and determine whether HBOT is right for you. This also gives us the opportunity to create a personalised treatment plan and answer any questions you may have.

To make starting easier, if you book your initial consultation together with a single HBOT session, we’ll reduce the consultation fee from £40 to £30. This not only saves you money but also lets you experience the benefits of therapy right after your assessment — providing a smooth and confident beginning to your treatment journey.

Your safety and results are our priority — and the consultation is the first step in delivering effective, informed care.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).

The number of sessions you’ll need depends entirely on your condition, goals, and how your body responds to treatment. Some clients experience noticeable improvements in just a few sessions, while others may benefit from a more extended plan — often between 10 to 60 sessions.

During your initial consultation, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan tailored specifically to you, and we’ll monitor your progress closely to adjust as needed.

The ideal session length for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) depends on your goals and the condition being treated. Most sessions typically last between 60 to 90 minutes at therapeutic pressure. This duration allows your body to absorb a meaningful amount of oxygen, which supports healing, recovery, and inflammation reduction.

For general wellness or performance recovery, shorter or moderate sessions may be effective. For more complex or clinical conditions, longer sessions and a full course of treatment are often recommended. During your initial consultation, we’ll advise on the most appropriate session length based on your individual needs and treatment plan.

In the UK, medical insurance coverage for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is limited and not commonly included in standard policies. While some private insurers may cover HBOT for specific, medically recognised conditions, most do not offer reimbursement for wellness, recovery, or sports-related use.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to check if your policy includes HBOT.

If needed, we’re happy to provide supporting documentation or invoices for your claim.

Hard shell hyperbaric chambers are more expensive because they offer higher pressure capabilities, greater oxygen delivery, and meet strict medical-grade standards. These chambers can reach pressures of 2.0 ATA or higher, allowing for significantly deeper oxygen penetration into tissues — which is essential for treating more serious conditions or achieving optimal recovery results.

In contrast, soft shell chambers operate at much lower pressures (typically around 1.3 ATA) and use ambient air or low-flow oxygen concentrators. While they may offer mild benefits for general wellness, they are not suitable for clinical-grade treatment, and their therapeutic effect is considerably limited compared to hard shell chambers.

Hard shell units are also equipped with advanced safety systems, pressure controls, and often temperature regulation — all of which add to their cost but ensure a safer, more effective, and comfortable experience.

Simply put, hard shell chambers provide superior clinical outcomes and are worth the investment for those seeking serious therapeutic or performance benefits.
